You are invited to join us along the beautiful Elk River in the heart of BC's Kootenay Rockies on Canada Day long weekend for the 1st annual FernieFest - a celebration of music, the arts, culture and Fernie!

FernieFest will be featuring 16 great artists from throughout BC, Canada and the Kootenays. With musical styles ranging from Celtic to Funk and Folk to Electronica there will be something for everyone to enjoy!

But thats not all, there will be the best kids zone ever!, Helicopter Tours, Dunk Tanks, a Locals Art Gallery and DJ Booth along the river, Firespinning, lots of Arts, Food & Craft Vendors and so much more.  Oh, and don’t forget about camping on-site, Fernie Brewing Company beergardens and the group Yoga sessions by TaraYoga.

And where is this festival going to be you ask?  Why it is at a new park called “Riverside” Located behind the field behind Stanford Inn. A FREE shuttle will be provided from the Aquatic Centre, Raging Elk Hostel, and the West Fernie Fruit Stand departing Saturday and Sunday at noon, 2pm, 4pm, 7pm, and 9pm.
