Just wanted to see if I could get some feedback on which are the most recommended and favorite mountain bike movies ever made (not just this season's).
Hey Liz, here's a few of my favorite ones:
These guys http://www.thecollectivefilm.com/ make some of the best movies in my opinion.
The collective, Roam and Seasons are definitely worth watching (a few times).
Then they became Anthill films http://www.anthillfilms.com/followme.php and released Follow Me this year.
There's also the New World Disorder series, ten of them in total. Big budget films and great quality.
North shore extreme 1-10 is a lower budget production. Made by Todd Fiander (digger), who's the original trail builder on the north shore in Vancouver. He started making those movies to finance the building and maintenance of his trails.
The Earthed series 1-5 is also really good for world cup dh footage, so are the movies from Clay Porter.
Life Cycles is a new one coming out this fall and looks amazing.
Hope that helps!
