• Coverage for massage, chiropractor, athletic therapy and physiotherapy for both accidents and "overuse" or chronic injuries. (Covers up to: $500/year - Bronze, $1000/year - Silver, $1500/year - Gold)
• Registered Physiotherapists and Athletic Therapists can sign claim forms
